Why is everything else free?
Because we don't pay AWS or Google per minute of compute. We run everything on our own dedicated GPUs in Europe. This means no per-minute overcharges for us, and no hidden fees for you.

We only charge for full minutes. 10 minutes and 59 seconds = 10 credits. You get those extra seconds on the house.
Is there a minimum cost?
Yes. The minimum charge for any video file is 1 Credit, even if the video is less than 60 seconds.
Are AI features really free?
Yes! Auto-captions, face tracking, emojis, and 4K exports are all included. You only pay for the source video length.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
Yes, for Pro and Agency plans, unused minutes roll over to the next month. Free plan minutes reset monthly.
Do "Top Up" packs expire?
Never. Purchased credit packs never expire. Use them whenever you want, even if your subscription changes.
