Welcome to Sintorio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://sintorio.com (the "Site"), our SaaS platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or clicking "Accept," you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

We are Sintorio, a company operating on private infrastructure in Lithuania. All processing is GDPR-native, and we retain zero copies of your videos after processing is complete.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Accounts & Credits

2.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Credits System

1 minute of trimmed video duration = 1 credit (rounded down, minimum 1 credit)
Credits are deducted only when you submit a video for processing.
Generating more clips, changing aspect ratios, regenerating captions, face tracking, and 4K export are free (0 credits).
Credits do not expire and can be purchased in packs or included in monthly plans.
New users receive 30 welcome credits upon sign-up.

2.3 Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are managed through Stripe and auto-renew monthly or yearly. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. No refunds for partial months or unused credits unless required by law.

3. License Grant & Content Ownership

3.1 License to Us

When you upload a video or provide a public URL (e.g., YouTube), you grant Sintorio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to download, process, transcribe, edit, and render the video solely to provide the Services. We delete every uploaded or downloaded video immediately after processing is complete. We do not retain, archive, or back up your videos for training AI models.

3.2 Your Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and all intellectual property rights in your original videos and the clips we generate for you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

3.3 License to Generated Clips

All clips created by Sintorio are yours to use commercially and non-commercially without attribution.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Upload content that violates any law or infringes third-party rights.
Upload illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI models or infrastructure.
Overload, attack, or interfere with the Services (DDoS, scraping, etc.).

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Copyright & Takedowns

If you believe content processed through Sintorio infringes your copyright, please email takedown@sintorio.com with proof of ownership. We will promptly investigate and remove infringing clips where appropriate.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is core to our product. All personal data and video processing occurs on private infrastructure in Lithuania. We are fully GDPR-compliant. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service Availability & Changes

We strive for high availability and fast processing, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Processing times may vary based on current queue load.
Service availability may be subject to temporary maintenance windows or hardware upgrades.
We do not guarantee specific virality or performance of generated clips.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice (except in emergencies).

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from Settings. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT GENERATED CLIPS WILL BE VIRAL, MONETIZABLE, OR FREE FROM THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINTORIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR €100 IF YOU ARE ON THE FREE PLAN).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
