Credits & Pricing

How many credits does a video cost?	1 credit = 1 minute of trimmed video (rounded down, minimum 1). Example: 90-min video using only 10–40 min timeframe = 30 credits.
What is FREE forever?	Unlimited downloads & 4K exports for active projects. Infinite clip generation, aspect ratio changes, caption edits, face tracking, emoji overlays — everything after the first processing is 100% free.
Do credits expire?	Never. Top-up packs and monthly credits never expire.
Can I get more than 30 credits on Free plan?	No. Free plan is capped at 30 minutes/month. Upgrade to Starter (600 min) or Agency (3000 min).
What happens if I run out?	You'll see an "Insufficient Credits" modal with one-click upgrade options.

Go to Dashboard → Signature™
Click "New Template"
Design once → use forever (fonts, colours, emoji style, caption positions)
Select your template every time you process — every clip will look identical
You can create unlimited templates and delete them anytime

Troubleshooting

Problem	Fix
Video stuck on "Queued" or "Processing"	Wait up to 3 minutes. If still stuck, refresh the page. We have automatic retry + recovery.
No thumbnail showing	Fixed in latest update — now uses sddefault.jpg fallback. Refresh the page.
"Insufficient credits" error	Go to Dashboard → Credits → buy a pack or upgrade plan
Generated clips look weird / off-center	Make sure "Face Tracking" is enabled (it is by default). If speaker moves a lot, try Quality transcription model.
I want different captions style	Create a new Brand Template with your preferred caption preset (Bold, Minimal, etc.)
I accidentally deleted a project	We permanently delete everything on request — unfortunately we cannot recover it.
Payment failed / subscription issue	Go to Dashboard → Billing → "Open customer portal" (Stripe) — manage card or cancel there.

Privacy & Security (The Short Version)

Your video is processed on private hardware in Lithuania
Deleted immediately after processing (usually < 5 min)
